Separate GF menu with good variety, we ate there twice in one day, pasta was rice noodles which was ok.

We stayed here at Los Lagos for three nights. Everyone was very accommodating, understanding and helpful. They don’t have a lot of breakfast options, but will make eggs and GF pancakes. Lots of options for fruit as well. Dinner had okay offerings, lots of chicken, rice and seafood. We felt safe eating here and didn’t have issues at all during our stay. The swim-up bar serves GF meals as well, but they cook them in the main restaurant kitchen so it takes a little on her to get.

El servicio es excelente, si avisas que eres intolerante al gluten o bien celiaco te preparan la mayoría de cosas del menú aparte. En general la comida es deliciosa.

Breakfast is traditional Costa Rican and I felt very safe as a sensitive celiac. Lunch and dinner have the same gf menu. Not much variety, but I highly recommend the Alfredo with shrimp. No complaints :)
