Review
The staff was very knowledgeable about what it means to be “gluten free”. The staff informed me that the shells of the tacos (NOT burritos) are made of corn and gluten free. Many of the taco fillings are not made with gluten containing ingredients however it appeared that the majority are cooked in the same fryer as their battered fish which contains is made with gluten (flour). Some of the fillings like the cauliflower can be done in a separate pan as opposed to the fryer. Unfortunately the chips are also made in the same fryer as the battered fish.
