Los Toros Spanish Cuisine

My girlfriend (who is celiac) and myself ordered the paella which is a gluten free dish. The server warned us about bread use in the kitchen but assured us of precautions in the making of our order. The establishment is not GF but some items on their menu contain no gluten. The paella turned out to be delicious and nobody got sick.
