Enchiladas are served on corn tortillas by default. Good food that came out fast. I have Celiac disease (though I’m not as sensitive to gluten as some people) and didn’t notice any problems, but as always eat at your own risk.

substitute corn tortillas for flour. they don't have a separate gf menu and are not super knowledgeable but have never had any issues and it's the best Mexican food around!
