It is like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer a question about whether an item is safe or not. I ordered a cheese enchilada with no enchilada sauce and a bowl of rice and was fine. I didn't get sick. I have no idea if the enchilada sauce was made with flour because they refused to answer or check.

They cook everything on the same flat top, so celiacs are not safe to eat here.

Delicious tacos and margaritas. No issues.

They state that every thing on menu is gluten free other tank items with flour tortillas. I love this place!
