It's hard to find gluten-free at a Northern WI fish fry restaurant. The waitress wasn't totally knowledgeable, BUT she listened to my questions and was able to recommend gluten-free options from the menu. She reassured me that the broiled fish is made separately from everything being fried, and I just avoided all fried items. She substituted extra veggies since we weren't sure about the safety of some of the sides. The broiled fish was yummy!
