Most of the pastas can be made GF, but their only noodle choice is penne, which is a bit of a bummer. They have a dedicated fryer, and the polenta bites they serve as an appetizer are GF. Food doesn't come out marked GF, but the server should confirm. Never had a reaction, but it's expensive for what you get.

Gf penne pasta is available but quality of food, vibe etc. was mediocre. It is a chain restaurant related to BIN 4 so servers were knowledgeable.

Dedicated fryer for things like polenta bites. So many of the amazing happy hour items are gf or can be made gf (such as gf crackers for the carpacio).
The servers always make a note of celiac orders. If they are unsure about something, they always check with the kitchen.
Gf pasta is usually not over done which is nice. I've eaten here many times and never had a gluten issue.

We ordered gluten free max and cheese which we had done may times before, this time it made my boyfriend who is celiac extremely sick and he ended up in the hospital. We assume they didn’t give him the GF noodles this time around, the noodles did look a little different then normal but we said it was for a gluten allergy many times unfortunately I think they messed it up pretty bad.

Excellent celiac protocol (designated pots, colander, utensils, separate water). Food comes out labeled GF. All pasta dishes except one can be made GF. Yummy food and good service. No reaction.
