Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination and will clean working station before elaborating the pizza, which is amazing. They offer a standard gluten free pizza, 12 inch sized, and you have various toppings to choose from. I went with the pepperoni and tomatoes, and it was the best pizza I’ve had in a long while. Crunchy crust, smooth texture, absolutely amazing! Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Salina!
