They literally could not have spread more flour over ever surface and utensil if they were being paid to. When I asked if they had separate sauce, cheese or toppings for gluten free customers I was met with blank stares. I’d give zero stars if I could.
No
I just wanted to post this in light of an earlier review here: Lotsa does NOT recommend the gluten free crust for people with celiac disease. I listed their warning on the menu below. I’m sure they will take precautions if you ask but everything is prepared in the open with regular dough, so contamination is almost inevitable.
“Customers with gluten sensitivities should exercise judgement in consuming this pizza. Lotsa’s pizza made with a Gluten Free Crust is prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of gluten exposure. Therefore, Lotsa DOES NOT recommend this pizza for customers with Celiac Disease.”
No
The gluten free crust is UDI’s, but not bad. The staff did s globe change before handling my pizza. Was cooked on a metal screen. They use corn dust instead of flour on the counter fir regular pizza. Ricotta on pizza was amazing.
