Had no separate sauce container or separate ladles. Didn’t know what cross contamination was- however they were willing to work with us to wash their stuff and use a separate sauce container. The nice server said he would recommend to his boss about including a separate sauce squirt bottle for gluten allergies. The gf crust reminded me of wet cardboard.
