Always have such a great experience at the Lotus restaurants! Staff are very knowledgeable and all gf options are labelled and some menu items can be made gf.

So nice to have good gf chinese food - must try the salt and pepper squid, jade prawn dumplings and green beans and pork

They also have gf soy sauce available if you ask!
