LOVE Lotus leaf! Their fried cauliflower is so good, As well as their dairy free queso. I always get the gluten free mean green black bean burger with sweet potato chips!!! So so so good! I have never had an issue eating anything here. Those are by far the best options on their menu.

Delicious food! The server and manager were very accommodating and knowledgeable of celiac. Must try the sweet potato chips. Best ever!

The reviews made it seem like it was really good. I ordered the tacos pescados with corn tortillas and they were overpriced and tasted mediocre, but I didn’t have an allergic reaction so that’s always a good thing!

The owner's daughter served us. She said her mom opened the cafe bc our server had texture sensitivities and she wanted everyone to eat healthy food. I had the GF zucchini noodles entree. It was perfect. My husband and I had the cashew dip, delicious! I also had the cranberry rose cheesecake, wow! Even the iced tea was special. I'll go back as often as I can get to Wichita!

I found this gem of a place on a work trip. I sat at the bar and the staff was so friendly. When I looked at the menu I didn’t see much marked as GF. When talking to my server, Hannah, I found out all but a few of the sandwiches are safe when the bread was subbed out. I got the Big D and the flavors were amazing. The GF bread was an extra $2.25 which seemed steep. One bite and I questioned if they screwed up the bread. They didn’t and it was hands down the best GF bread I’ve had. The kitchen doesn’t even cut the GF sandwiches to avoid accidental cross contamination with the knives.

The outdoor seating is lovely! Got the fried cauliflower tacos, be sure to sub the tortilla for the gf safe corn. Delicious and filling. I am a big eater, but one taco and the side salad was more than enough!

I had the black betty salad and some sweet potato chips. It was all super delicious and beautifully presented!! The gf items are labeled really well and everything came out great!

They were able to double check on a tea for me to see whether it was truely gluten free.

Just had dessert, it was nice to have a GF/DF option. They don’t have decaf coffee. I had Chai tea which they said was caffeine free but I was awake all night so I’m questioning that, but will probably go back.

My FAVORITE restaurant in Wichita! I always feel safe eating gluten free here. So many great healthy choices. You should definitely make plans to eat here soon.

I wish I had found this place on my first night in Wichita! A delicious, heathy menu with a variety of gluten free options ranging from vegan to fish & turkey options, smoothies, wine & gluten free beer :) Serves lunch and dinner on most days.
