The grilled chicken should be okay and some of the veggies. Sadly, the catfish and hush puppies have some flour in their mix. The oils get swapped around; so even if the fries are fried separately, it could be in oil that once fried chicken fingers. Not a lot of options here. It's always a good idea to tell your server that you have an allergy and they can wipe the griddle.

TOTALLY SUCKED BOOTY. no gluten free options and no separate freyer for fries or anything!! This place should not be listed in this site. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I'm not sure if you ^^ went to the right place, I called Louies because I thought that it was too good to be true, which it is. I talked to the manager and he said they don't have any gluten free options except for MAYBE the grilled vegetables. He also said that he doesn't know why they are being recommended as a restaurant that offers gluten free options. So, I would avoid this place if you have celiac.
