Review of Louie's Finer Meats

Louie’s Finer Meats has well known sausages and meat products made in-house.

Some of their pre-packaged items had wheat labeled as an ingredient, but staff were able to look up specific ingredients for the fresh items.

I didn’t inquire about if the fresh brats were made on separate equipment from the pre-packaged (I’m assuming not….) so I’m prepared for there to be some cross-contamination.

Seems par for the course for our trip out here though, GF isn’t really a priority or concern for many people out in the sticks.
