They have a separate gluten free menu all staff are trained on allergies and cross contamination. A manager takes your order and brings your food to the table and the kitchen have separate area and utensils for gluten free. They have a great variety of options and I have never had a bad reaction, obviously there is risk with any restaurant but I have only experienced some occasional bloating as a side affect and I have eaten here a lot.
