Seperate GF menu, asked to order at the bar so I can discuss dietary requirements with the manager, who also explains the kitchen process and cross-contamination risks. Takes a separate written order for GF and all food comes out with GF flags.

Very clear understanding of gluten free requirements, felt comfortable eating there. Separate kitchen area, gluten free fryers.
