I'm not coeliac (poss gluten intolerant) but u have family who are and they and have eaten here with no problems - apparently they have a dedicated gf fryer & a dedicated & extensive gf menu, with vegetarian and vegan options.

Santo lounge has an extensive GF menu. The staff were knowledgeable about cross contamination and were reassuring. I had some tapas which came with toasted GF bread, and included GF patatas bravas and superfood salad. They also had GF buttermilk chicken and sweet corn fritters which looked yummy (but contained dairy). They do a range of GF burgers too and breakfasts. I followed by up with a GF torte and delicious soya coffee. A new local favourite!

Was Amazing!!! Cannot believe how good the good was. Upstairs and downstairs seating and even outdoors. The burgers we had were incredible and very delicious. So much to offer that’s gluten free, very impressed. Even dog friendly which was great!!!!

Have eaten here twice. The staff are so knowledgeable about Coeliac Disease which is refreshing, even to the point they knew about not having draft soft drinks due to cross contamination. Burgers are amazing - buns are better toasted (have had burgers both times and once bun was toasted). It’s a bit dry if not.

Also known as Portivo Lounge!!! As mentioned in other posts, a good, diverse GF menu. They also have a vegan menu so it is easy to cross correlate and find GF/DF options.have been twice and haven’t gotten sick either time. Overall pretty good, but the wait staff was a little frazzled the second time. All in all, would still recommend.

I always find the “Lounges” really good for gluten free. However I have been to the one on Wells Road a couple of times now and have never had a good experience.

Separate fryer, separate menu, staff advised that the food would take slightly longer as they clean down the separate preparation area before each use when an “allergen” is noted whilst ordering.

The gluten free menu is only a couple of items shorter than the “normal” menu. Food is always fantastic and lots of choice. Great for kids too.

Fantastic place! The gluten free menu is huge....Brunch, Burgers, Tapas, desserts! Every time I have been 3 out of 4 of the specials were also gluten free. Not had anything that wasn't totally delicious.

Would thoroughly recommend giving this place a try. We have been there a few times with myself ordering from the regular menu and my wife (confirmed coeliac) choosing from their dedicated GF menu. Pricing is identical. Service is really good and we have never been disappointed with the food quality.

After downloading the gluten free app to my phone, I thought I'd try a local restaurant so the nearest was the lounge market harborough 18 miles away,I took my step dad with me who's not a coeliac, upon arrival there was car parking available outside for 40 mins so that was good as my step dad struggles with walking, the restaurant was nice and cosy and clean, the staff where fine, the coffee was lovely, the food we opted for the gf bubble and squeak, disappointing it was small and bland, and to top it off I was Ill the next day, possibly cross contamination as I'm very sensitive to gluten, so I shall not be returning or recommending.
