I can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner. I’ve had brunch here and it was so good. Can’t believe how extensive the menu is. Had to order at the till for an allergy but that was great. Would highly recommend the lounge chain to anyone

I’m coeliac. I’ve eaten here a number of times and never had a problem. There is a huge gluten free menu! Allergens order at the counter (you can’t use the table app) and my meal is always specially marked.

I eat here regularly. They have a much larger than usual gluten free menu and a vegan menu with gluten free marked on it, if you happen to be both.

They have a separate section and are very strict with all staff getting full training surrounding allergies.

I’ve had burgers, brunch items, tapas, sandwiches and salads here. Always been well looked after and great service.

Known as Fransisco Lounge - huge GF menu across all 3 courses and lighter bites. Fantastic choice and good food.

Lovely meal at the lounge beeston - had the full english breakfast option. Food when received had a gluten free flag and delivered by a manager. Ordered at the bar to ensure coeliac safe and ordered correctly. Huge A3 sized gluten free menu which is great to see!

They appear take all allergens very seriously. When I said I was ordering from the gluten free menu, I was passed over to a different member of staff who was trained to deal with my order. The process was explained to me, and they had me read their allergen statement. I was told that my meal would be prepared by a different chef in a separate kitchen area with separate equipment, and when my order came out it had a little red flag in it marking it as a gluten free meal. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, all very friendly, the service was excellent, and the food delicious. I have eaten here twice now, and have had no issues with gluten contamination. And the gluten gluten free menu is huge! It's as big as the standard menu, absolutely huge amount dishes to choose from.
