TLDR: Be very very careful when eaiting there.

This chain marks as Gluten *Free* (GF) items in the menu which are actually "May contain", and for various gluten sources actually. The dedicated GF menu they'll give you in print does not say this, and although a store *manager* will take your order, they are apparently not obliged to mention this if you happen to select one of these items. Even if you mention you're Celiac/Gluten Intolerant/Allergic etc. Both of these things I found out the hard way - after getting glutened.

Instead, regardless of how safe and nice it might look, make sure to: - explicitly ask your manager if any of the meals you selected "may contain" gluten - check the digital menu on the website instead, which seems to have a "may contain" slider too alongside the standard allergen filters

Overall, although the place is very nice and seems to at least try to take some measures for celiacs, I'll give it a very low safety rating for creating a false sense of security, eventually making more harm than good. Don't let your guard down
