Ate here today for a birthday meal and had a lovely experience. Staff understood gluten free and brought gluten free food out first with flags in the food to indicate special menu. Great choice of food, I had the gluten free buttermilk chicken which was really nice and for pudding a gluten free warm brownie with ice cream. A really enjoyable experience
Had a great meal here. Staff very careful with manager taking order and my meal brought out separately from others. Lovely atmosphere too!
Food gf menu withots of options and very tasty. They caveat that can't 100% guarantee no cross contamination but are v careful and I've never had a problem.

Extensive and varied gluten-free menu, with an easily accessible allergen list and staff who are knowledgeable and happy to help. As someone with coeliac disease and a nut allergy, I feel totally safe eating here.
We made a New Year brunch visit, and like all the branches we’ve been too in this chain found them focused on good food and excellent GF service. With an extensive and dedicated GF menu, allergy orders only taken by the manager and food brought out with allergy flags they seem to be doing everything they can to be minimising cross-contamination risk and giving you a good time. We enjoyed it.
As with all of the Lounges, Pablo has plenty of gluten free and dairy free options on the menu. You have to order via the counter, rather than the website, to ensure allergens are clearly flagged to them. I always feel safe eating here.
Have eaten here a few times with no issues. GF menu, separate fryer.
