Lounges are consistent. . You get that good feeling and reassurance that they understand coeliac and cross contamination. Keep going back to various Lounges.
As always with the Lounges chain great allergen procedures. Asked about allergens on arrival and coeliacs to order at till not on app.
I've been to a few restaurants in this chain, great that they always ask about allergies when seating you and the have a gluten free menu. A special note was added to the order to take special care, always ask for this.
Fab selection of dishes on offer. I was informed mutiple times the gluten free bun was no longer dairy free, so they care about all allergies.

Very good and dedicated gf menu. When u walk in they ask u if u have any allergies before they say hello😁. Very good and very friendly. Everything comes out with gf flag. Very tasty. Would recommend.
This restaurant had an entire dedicated gluten free menu. They went through many steps to ensure there was no cross contamination. Besides that, the food was amazing. I hadn’t had fried chicken in 2 years so I was very excited for the fried chicken sandwich. It did not disappoint :)

I’ve visited this restaurant a few times and always enjoy it. As part of the Lounges chain, they offer a dedicated gluten-free menu and have a solid understanding of cross-contamination and coeliac requirements. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and every time I’ve eaten here, I’ve felt safe—something that’s just as important as the food itself when dining out as a coeliac. Don’t be put off by their disclaimer—most restaurant chains include one because they process other foods and want to avoid legal issues, not because the food isn’t safe.
