This is a vegan, GF, allergy free bakery/ cafe. Lots of gluten free choices- quality ingredients. Everything on the menu is GF, just let server know if you want GF bread or wraps bc they do offer regular wheat buns and wraps. They offer many GF dessert choices as well.
