I went to order a sandwich and mentioned I have celiac disease. They said they try not to serve celiacs because there is a lot of cross contamination in their kitchen. While I was happy they let me know, the reviews on here were a little confusing! However, they told me the yogurt parfait was safe to eat and that and their coffee are both delicious!

We turned up at 1.15pm and they were closing for the day.
Said they could make things gluten free. When I asked if the food was prepared where all the other food was prepared they said yes. Definitely not celiac safe in my opinion. Did get a chia pudding that was safe and good. I would be cautious of anything cooked on the grill.

After having no GF options at the hotel for breakfast, I bought two meals and a GF muffin at this cafe. The food was so good and healthy. The owners and staff were very knowledgeable and offered suggestions. Definitely recommend!

Great little stop for coffee and breakfast. Had Huevos Rancheros and a ginger carrot muffin. Both very good.

There is an option to substitute corn tortillas for any menu item. Waiter was knowledgeable about ingredients.

They do a great job providing GF options, but get there early.

They have a couple things marked online, but if you speak with them in person most everything can be made gluten free. I had the Bombas burrito with corn tortilla. It was not a burrito so much as a bowl but it was so delish and very very spicy. I would totally eat here again!

Was very surprised at the quantity of the food. Their fresh squeezed orange juice is great as well as their apple muffin & huevos rancheros. My husband was also pleased with their breakfast burrito (he is not gf) so would recommend it for both gf & not gf

Delicious, and I ate safely. However I did see that the food preparer did not change gloves when working in the lettuce bin after making sandwiches. Stick with their hot egg dishes for safest choices.
Love Muffin is a great to get a delicious gluten-free breakfast! The staff was very knowledgeable about what's naturally gf, what can be made gf, and avoiding cc. My husband and I both got the potatoes bravas (he added chorizo). I also got a matcha latte. Everything was delicious!

Knowledgeable counter staff. Excellent food. Willing to work with you. Caution. It’s only open until 1 pm.

I got the Shaka bowl which isn't listed as GF but when I told the server that I have celiac she said that is GF but they cannot guarantee cross contact, which is the standard response. Food was really good and I didn't feel sick or anything later in the day.
This is the best breakfast place in Moab.
This place is amazing, I am very sensitive with celiac and have eaten there many times and I’ve never gotten sick. Penny knows what she’s doing. It’s easy to modify sandwiches and burritos to be gf and the staff is so helpful on what’s best converted. There are also delicious muffins!

This place is NOT celiacs friendly and I received the worst service of my life! Not only is it over crowded, filthy, the staff was rude and demeaning. I will never support this restaurant with my money or time again and don't recommend this place to anyone.
Good breakfast burritos on corn tortillas. Bacon and potatoes are good. We also had the warm quinoa bowl and the chia seed pudding for breakfast. The only muffin option was pumpkin pecan (gf and vegan) but we didn't try it. Sadly, they no longer serve waffles, which my kids were totally bummed about.
Good coffee and good breakfast. They have gluten free signs posted everywhere but they are very careful to say that they aren't a GF facility.

Love Muffin is an awesome breakfast spot! They have gf items on their menu and will make any of their burritos on top of corn tortillas. I also had a good pumpkin choc chip muffin!
They have GF and vegan muffins and waffles. The muffin was dry. :( No pancakes! No bread for sandwiches!!
Really wonderful place. Ordered a burrito minus the flour tortilla. They gave it to me with two corn tortillas on the side. My friend who is also GF ordered a sandwich replacing the bread with a bed of greens. So good! Staff was knowledgeable and quick to get us what we needed. The coffee here is also amazing! Get here early, the line goes to the door during the busy season.

Closed july15-August 18 during the height of tourist season. Disappointed.
Don't get the sandwiches here. The GF bread is awful and it was like eating sand. After one bite, I ditched the bread and just ate the inside contents. However they have GF muffins, donuts, and other pastries which were delicious! But they sell out quickly so either get there early in the morning or call ahead and ask them to set aside GF items for you to pick up.
