My husband and I finally made the trip to Lovebird and I’m so glad we did. It was awesome to be able to eat fried chicken again. It was tasty and juicy. My husband even enjoyed it and he can eat non GF. The Mac and cheese was very good. I’m not supposed to have dairy but I think I was able to handle a small portion of the Mac and cheese - at least the no gluten aspect helped. We also had the GF fried pickles. I only had 2 pieces as I’m not supposed to have garlic - it was definitely worth the two bites. There is a sauce that comes with it and I had a little dab on each and OMG I really enjoyed it. Having a sinfully delicious GF meal was so nice. I can’t eat like that a lot but this is my new special treat destination. To be honest even if I did not have to eat GF I would still come here for a great meal.

Awesome experience! The people are very knowledgeable about Gluten free options and prevention of cross contamination! We had fried chicken, Mac & Cheese, French fries. All Gluten free and no cross contamination! Even better everything was delicious!!!

I think there are at least 2 other ones in Pa., I would love to see one open in New Jersey.

I love Lovebird! Everything is gluten free with the exception of the buns, but if you want a sandwich they have great GF wraps. I don’t feel like I’m compromising any taste/texture with their fried chicken, and all their sides are delish. I’ve eaten here 10+ times and have never had an issue.

This place was AMAZING!! Mostly everything was GF. I was so excited to eat friend chicken and it was so good! French fries were out of this world and Mac and cheese was great! Our food took awhile and the manage gave us free fried pickles for the wait and I don’t even like pickles but these were so good! The staff were also so friendly and kind. We got Lovebird for a graduation party and it was a huge hit! Fried chicken was wonderful, popcorn chicken was the kids favorite, and the fried pickles were a little slice of heaven! Everything tested negative with Nima too! So added bonus. Ate the leftovers for a few days…which was a nice little treat! Great experience!

The food was wonderful and such a treat for someone with celiac disease. We could have everything on the menu except the rolls for the sandwiches. The Mac and cheese is a must and the popcorn chicken was amazing big bite size pieces not all breading like some popcorn chicken.

Lovebird is such a treat!! Their fried lovebird chicken lettuce wrap is so delicious! You can even eat the fries!! I ask for my order to be in a separate bag from the regular chicken sandwiches. It is pricey, but it’s worth it every now and then. It’s the same owner as Jules Pizza - another winner!!

We love Lovebird. The food is so good that even people who don’t have to eat GF love the food here. It is definitely one of my family’s favorite places to get takeout. Everything is GF except the sandwiches because they are on regular buns. You can substitute a wrap for the bun - I tried this once and it was a big old mess because the wrap could not hold the sandwich together. I recommend the fried pickles and the Mac and cheese (which is also gf!).
