Not knowledgeable at all. The guy had to pull out two binders with an overwhelming number of pages and could not help. Used words like probably gf. This instilled little to no confidence in the product being gf. They had one item marked vegan which we found in the binder as gf. It was good but at $0.59 per ounce pricey.

I was very surprised to see this place wasn't already on the site. however it's amazing frozen yogurt and they even have an allergen book. all you have to do is ask what flavors are gluten free and they tell you what is safe including the toppings. oh and even the sprinkles are safe :)
