The best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to! Normally everything is gluten-free, apart from the beers. They use gluten-free soy sauce and gluten free flour. When we visited, a few dishes (only a couple) were not gluten free because of some tempory gluten-free flour shortage, but the staff was extremely helpful and let us know exactly which dishes were not safe and reassured us that the rest of the dishes were 100% gluten free. Everything was absolutely delicious!
