Enjoyed a lunch and shared theses dishes with partner:
- Spring rolls w/ flash fried tofu. Substituted the dipping sauce for GF fish sauce.
- Shaken beef with spring salad and jasmine rice (has lime juice on the side for dressing)
- Beef pho, prepared GF without hoisin
Within their POS for ordering, they have a gluten free menu for easy communication with kitchen. For guests, GF items are clearly marked on the menu, and the staff was knowledgeable about sauces and necessary measures to prevent cross contamination.
As a nice touch, they have GF hot sauces, both soy sauce and tamari available, and list their local purveyors on the menu! Great experience and service while communicating our dietary needs.
