My wife & I went. (She has celiac). It’s buffet but, they let her go first because we told them in advance. (Make sure to tell them in advance). All things are labeled & you can get a few plates on first round & not worry about cross contamination. We are happy! We are giving 4 star because no Dessert…. But other than that. Top notch. Ok, I’ll bump them up to 5 just because it was a fun night.

Took my chances with the buffet. GF options were labeled and included jasmine rice, Kalua pork, and steamed garlic vegetables (I had all three). No GF desserts.
I felt nauseous right after eating, then felt better—I thought maybe it was because I haven’t eaten red meat in months. Unfortunately, I did have my telltale signs of glutening (stomach issues, insomnia) and did develop a gluten rash on my arms and thighs the next morning. I assume it was cross contamination rather than full on gluten consumption because I did not throw up - probably CC during the cooking or serving process.
It’s a great show, so I recommend eating before and not risking the food like I did.

We let them know about our celiac family member and they let us go through the line first to avoid cross contamination. Everything was labeled gluten/dairy free/ vegan. Unfortunately none of the desserts were gluten free.
