They can make the pasta separate and most appetizers are GF! The potatoes in truffle sauce are amazing and it’s the only thing they fry. I go here all the time and haven’t gotten sick!

Edit: The potatoes are not the only thing they fry anymore!!! :( so they aren’t celiac safe. But the pasta is still delicious and some of the appetizers too
