I ordered a gluten free/doughless calzone and was incredibly sick after my meal. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with a serious gluten issue, and never plan to return.

I’ve been eating here for years, and as a very severe Celiac I’m shocked at the low Celiac rating. I have absolutely never gotten sick here, and it’s one of the best pizzas I’ve had - GF or not!

Really good GF crust. Staff is knowledgeable and beside the pizza, they have a few other dinner options, but no GF pasta.
Hands down the best gf pizza I've ever had.
In their early days, a few years back, I witnessed them using the same paddles, platters & cutters with their gluten-free and regular pizza. A few weeks later, I phoned them and spoke with the owner. He acknowledged that they were not as careful as they needed to be and had already instituted new processes and were educating their staff. On the next few visits, I can confirm that they were using all separate utensils and seemed to understand the importance of separate tools and surfaces. We've had no concerns for the past couple of years.
Fast forward to today. I got there before my pizza was ready and was watching. The employee used the same paddle to remove our gluten-free pizza as she'd been using for all of the regular pizzas. I objected and she stated that they use a separate cutter, but not separate paddles. When I informed her that I'd previously spoken to the owner and knew that they used a separate paddle, she replied "We used to, but it broke." She offered to remake the pizza and wash the paddle. As I had already waited quite a while I (reluctantly) agreed.
However, based on this, I can no longer recommend them to anyone with a serious gluten issue.
Great pizza. My son has Celiac Disease & did not get sick.

Gluten Free Pizza was really good, cooked well, crispy, and an eight cut. It is expensive though.
