Lucio's pizza

Why did others rate this pizza highly? I travelled 20 minutes on the recommendation of those raters only to get the typical near-cracker crust that sticks to your teeth and the typical tomato sauce and cheese you'd find anywhere. I get being grateful for a gf option but to rate it highly just to preserve it isn't fair to those using this guide as a selection tool. Not sure how to rate it for safety and variety... I just wanted a simple cheese pizza and my stomach was fine after the one piece i had. I wound up not eating beyond the first slice of my individual pizza and going around the corner to roots 2 rise and getting their mac-n-cheese which was pretty good.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

I always get the gluten free baked ziti here, so can't vouch for anything else. However, the baked ziti is probably one the best I've ever had and it's a generous portion & well priced. I've never gotten sick eating here and it's safe to order takeout. I heard the person on the phone consult with the manager every time I asked a question.

I love Lucios amazing family restaurant that makes you feel special. You need to ask for GF menu.

Excellent gluten free pizza. I ordered the white pizza but gluten free. Delicious. Would go back again. Would give 5 stars except pizza was a little cold when I picked up.

Lucio's has a great gf pizza. I have yet to get sick and have had it multiple times. The crust is a great and the taste is amazing!
