Update: This restaurant has now gotten rid of all of their GF options, except beer as a reported cost-saving measure. Totally disappointing- stay far away and don’t waste your time unless you want a Glutenberg & nothing else.
I’ve eaten takeout from here twice now and had no issues with gluten contamination. The chicken, cornbread, & salads are delicious, as well as the sauces! Exciting to be able to eat so much that’s usually off limits!

I was so excited when this place opened up, because the owners said in interviews that a larger kitchen will allow them a dedicated GF fryer and kitchen space. The cashier knew what celiac was and I felt confident.
Unfortunately, I got severely glutened (not just cross-contamination). I had the salad with the GF fried tofu and the GF cornbread. The tofu is beer battered, which they assured me was a GF beer, but there's no GF beer on the menu. I'm not sure if it was that, or if it's just too hard to keep crumbly breading totally separate. Either way, I unfortunately strongly recommend that celiacs steer clear.
