Fantastic happy hour, fresh sushi options, no gluten free menu but the staff are helpful.
Oh my goodness! This is the first time I’ve done a review on this app but this place is SOOOO worth it! Like others said, our waitress asked right off the bat if we had any allergies, like “Hi my name is Kendra, I’ll be your server, does anyone have any allergies at the table?” And she was celiac, so totally on point & understood everything. Besides it being an absolutely beautiful atmosphere, so precious & lovely, the food was delicious & so much could be made gf. If I lived here, I’d make a point to come here as often as possible! And yes, Kendra was our waitress & she is so amazingly fantastic. Can’t say enough good things!
My waitress also had celiac disease and was very informative. Unfortunately my role came out with crispy non GF flakes on top twice and they ended up comping the check. The roll that was not contaminated was very good. All sauces are GF.

The server asked if we had dietary restrictions as soon as we sat down. She also had celiac. She guided us on what could be made GF-almost everything except ramen, dumplings and she advised staying away from the shrimp. Everything we had was excellent! The atmosphere and decor is so cute too. Will be back!
Great service from Sydney and all staff we interacted with! Great food and they are knowledgeable about Celiac needs and could easily guide to gluten-free options. Ambience is delightful. Inside is very cozy and pretty. Outside is covered and may have misting during hotter hours.
Great food and service! Knowledgeable staff. Able to let me know what needed to be modified. Solid variety of options. I got the Transformer modified with crab for GF and the Farmbot 2.0. Highly recommend both.
First thing server did was ask about allergies! She noted that I could not have gluten and walked me through what was gluten free or could be made gluten free. I had nigiri, and altered a roll and crudo to be gf, it was amazing! Staff seemed knowledgable and made sure to let me know each dish that came out was GF. One even knew that a spice on the side could potentially have been processed in a non gf facility. Did not get sick overall great experience!
Staff was super knowledgeable and asked all the questions for me. They were able to tell me what could be modified and were happy to explain everything. Overall a great experience.
This was an INCREDIBLE experience. I mentioned I was celiac and the manager, Sunshine, came out to speak with me. She is also celiac and so is her whole family, so most everything fried is made with cornstarch (the fryer is shared with one dish with panko though) and sauces are made with tamari. They go out of their way to use snow crab instead of imitation crab and will change gloves and flip the boards. 95% of the menu is already gluten free, and what is not gf can be modified. Sunshine even surprised us with her favorite gf appetizer, the pork belly, free of charge to us. New favorite sushi spot, will be back!

Highly recommend the CHIRASHI BOT. It was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had.
Did not actually eat a full meal here but I sat at the table and the server asked all of us if there were any allergies. I perked up and grilled them about cross contamination and menu items. He assured me that they take things seriously. I ate two pieces from a friends roll and she ordered two different rolls. Too bad I was full from eating at home before heading out! Will try to make it back!
Absolutely amazing. I told the waitress about my wheat allergy and she didn’t freak out. She put my allergy in with the order as a note and was very clear about what I could eat and what I could not eat. We got one of our dishes with the sauce on the side, but that was really the only change needed.
Our waitress did not have a clue. I told her of my allergy and she acted like she new what gluten was. I place my order and she said it would all be good. She then came back and told me that I couldn't have what I ordered. I asked if I could customize a sushi roll so that it would be gluten free and she said no. I ended up finding a roll that was nothing special. Soy sauce was also way to salty. I will not be back and would not suggest it to anyone else with celiac.
Sushi chef Kevin and the rest of the staff at Lucky Robot are extremely knowledgeable about items that contain gluten. Kevin created a gluten free bender role, substituting out items. Super yummy, friendly service. Gluten free soy sauce and miso soup too! So nice to eat at a sushi restaurant that knows it's food! Plus a very cool atmosphere :)
There were plenty GF options and all the rolls I ordered were delicious. Make sure you try the Voltron - it's expensive but worth it! Also, the staff is very knowledgeable. The only negative is that there are no GF dessert options nor many appetizers. Overall, though, a terrific place!
Delicious food. Waitress and chefs were all super helpful/informative. Delicious and a departure from the same old thing. Loved it!
