Got the #1 and it was yummy! I ordered online via qr code at the door and accidentally ordered something that wasn't gluten free (meatball and something). Soon as I let the person on register know, they talked to the kitchen staff to make sure my order was changed; I didn't even really ask. Great service!

Clear GF marking on the menu, best pho in town. I'm a regular, no issues.

This is my go to for pho. Great service and great pho. Stay away from their hoisen sauce tho!
This place is my favorite. They switched ownership a couple months ago and the new owners are the kindest, friendliest people. I get the chicken pho and it’s delicious. I’d come here every night if that wasn’t weird.

I decided to try this place because of the good reviews on here. I got the chicken vermicelli, which was mediocre at best. (Nothing compared to Bol Pho's). The woman at the counter assured me that vermicelli bowls are all gluten free. What ensued was the worst gluten reaction I've ever experienced in my life. I don't know if there was some other ingredient that my body was also sensitive to? But I was miserable for an entire week after this meal and I will never set foot in here again!

I came here specifically because of the location and this app. While they seemed very aware of what gluten is (they made sure to warn me hoisin sauce isn’t GF), it was difficult to ascertain what was safe. They did their best to be accommodating and answer my question, but there was a bit of a language barrier. I went for pho, but we decided this wasn’t safe so I had spring rolls with my own GF sauce. The person who made it answered some of my questions too, assured me he’d wash his hands first, and double checked some of the ingredients. They were all nice and accommodating but I didn’t necessarily feel safe.

Very authentic. The English-speaking adult daughter understood gf very well. Enjoyed the beef pho and spring rolls. Bring your own gf hoisin or soy/tamari sauce. Cozy place in our fave part of Seattle. (My childhood friend cooks her meat in gluten-containing beer when she makes pho, so you can't assume, even when it should be naturally gf.)
Yum. The Pho and the seafood rice noodle soup were great. I was a little worried about their understanding of gluten but I'm pretty sensitive and had no reaction.

On a cool rainy day walking around Fremont, there is nothing more satisfying than a large, fragrant bowl of Pho. A deliciously seasoned gluten-free Vietnamese soup made with rice noodles, herbs, bean sprouts, meat of your choice or vegetarian.
