Wait staff incompetent and I cried after eating there in the church yard next door because I was so nervous I had been glutened. I left a trip advisor review so the manager can do some work with them, of take our order herself. However, the food was delicious and I have not been glutened. So the wait staff might be terrible but the chef is good. Go there for the scone, but ask for the manager just to give you some reassurance, as the waiter I had gave a lot of "I thinks", had a terrible tone of nonchalance, and had to go back to the kitchen multiple times, making me feel like I was being difficult for wanting to eat safely. Honestly though, having an afternoon tea as a coeliac is a win so if they just served you better it would be a lovely time out 😊.
