Lufthansa Business Lounge Satellite Schengen

A very bad experience. Allergens are not listed on the food. The waitress could not give a clear answer to my question about the ingredients of the food and suggested that if I was "so" sensitive, I should not eat anything. She could not even get a salad from the kitchen when I asked, as the salad served outside had croutons in it. I eventually left the lounge and went to another restaurant for dinner. I was very disappointed and surprised.
