Review of Luibueno's Mexican and Latin Cuisine

So many issues with staff that acted knowledgeable but were not!! I have gotten different answers from one server to the next with each visit on what if GF there. Have only give back more than once because family or visiting friends wanted to go there. First visit was fine, second was not good at all, and third was iffy. Contacted the manager/owner via email about my concerns and did not get a friendly response, even though my email was intended only to help highlight some discrepancies and areas they could work on.
