Really good, they show the allergens. They seperate the ice cream so they are sure that you don't get sick. They are really carefully here and you have many options

Had a delicious ice cream with a gluten-free cone this afternoon. Saw 2 spatulas and 2 ice cream scoops being washed. Then a piece of the ice cream of my choice was chipped off with the spatulas and set aside. a clean scoop of ice was taken from the clean side of the ice. The gf horns are all individually packed.

Delicious gluten and lactose free ice cream cones always available for an extra charge of 50 cents or you can get the ice cream in a cup at no extra charge. If you ask for glutenfree icecream the staff will ask you if cross contamination is an issue, if you answer affirmatively they will remove the top layer of the ice cream on display to prevent possible cross contamination (with dedicated glutenfree utensils). Also always several gluten en lactose free sorbet flavours available
