Had the New York steak with gf pasta and cream sauce baked very good! Waitress was very helpful with menu and knowledgeable on celiacs. Dedicated fryer as well

This establishment is not celiac safe, but can accommodate a gluten free diet if cross contamination is okay. I called ahead and when I told them I was celiac they said “we use a lot of flour and it is unlikely to be safe for you.” I really appreciate the staff letting me know ahead of time!
