I felt so safe here. The manager (maybe Luke?) brought out the roll after a long wait. He apologized for the wait but was assuring me that it was due to wiping down surfaces, keeping food separate, etc. Not only that, but the lobetser roll itself was the best I've had in my life. The meat was phenomenal and the GF bun was absolutely fantastic! My husband said it was even better than the gluten bun. Expensive but 100% worth it!
