I stopped in around 3 on a Sunday to grab some food with a friend and they only had a few things left but 2/3 of them were gluten free: this amazing coconut sugar thing, a tapioca pancake, and caldo santo (cod and yuca soup). They were really patient in answering my questions and checking what was safe to eat (no wheat flour or soy sauce). Cross contamination I’m a bit unsure since my Spanish isn’t great but the tapioca pancake was served in it’s own banana leaf so it felt safe for me. The food was delicious!
