Wonderful! A manager takes all allergy orders, including gluten free. They have a separate area in the kitchen for gluten free orders. We shared gluten free pulled pork nachos for an appetizer. I had a great burger on a gluten free bun for dinner. The vibe was fun, the music great! It's on the river so boats and barges are always going by. Our server said there are sometimes dolphins in the evenings! Five stars!

Gluten free menu with a great many options! I received great service with a personal touch! The manager came and took my order on a special allergy Order ticket! Then the same person delivered my food that was marked as allergy also with color toothpicks! Very knowledgeable! They have a dedicated gluten free kitchen which is amazing! SEPARATE KITCHEN!! They have an extensive allergen menu for GF as well as many other allergies. Safest restaurant that isn’t fully Gf that I’ve ever eaten at. So impressed we ate here twice on our trip. Had the smoked pulled pork tacos. Excellent! Came with chips and salsa (dedicated GF fryer). Second night had the crab nachos. Large size was plenty for my husband and I to share. Live music 5pm daily. Lulu’s did an excellent job at accommodating to my dietary restrictions. They have an extensive allergen menu. They also have a separate kitchen space for all allergies to mitigate cross contact. A manager spoke with me prior to cooking my order to ensure it was safe - a part of their policy here.

Since I rarely eat out this place was a treat. When I told the waiter that I have CD and needed to order from the gluten free menu, he said that was above his pay scale, and called over a manager. After placing my order, the manager told me not to accept anything from anyone else, that he would bring my order to me. I had the burger with a side of greens. It was delicious. The staff has been trained to help customers who have allergies. Lulu’s is amazing. She has been aware of the need for gluten free for years. She has a separate kitchen for those with gluten intolerance or celiac. There is a special gluten free menu separate from the main menu (also dairy free, seafood/shellfish free). One of the managers comes out and takes the order, goes to the special kitchen, prepares the gluten free meal, and then delivers it to the table to eliminate the risk of contamination. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Wonderful food, nice atmosphere. Great place if you have food sensitivities or allergies. They have a separate menu for gluten-free, dairy free, egg free, shellfish free, soy free, seafood free, and sesame & nut free. The staff are very knowledgeable about allergies and they take it seriously. They actually have special servers (I think they are supervisors or managers) that only deal with allergy orders. I knew that I wouldn't have to worry about getting sick and was able to thoroughly enjoy the delicious food. I ordered the blackened grouper fish tacos - a bit spicy but so yummy. Also, I was able to share the appetizer - Get'em All dips and tortilla chips, and they have Woodchuck Hard Cider. I'm so glad to have found this at the being of our vacation, I will definitely be back before the end of my stay. Next time, I will remember to take photos. Loved shopping at the gift shop while we waited to be seated. There is an Arcade area as well.

As someone living with celiac disease, finding restaurants that genuinely cater to my dietary requirements can be a challenge. However, Lulu's rises to the occasion with their impressive gluten-free menu. It's not just about the variety but also the freshness, quality, and flavor that really set their offerings apart. The Key West bowl featuring grouper was an utter delight, a delightful blend of flavors that perfectly complemented each other. The appetizer of gluten-free chips paired with guacamole, salsa, and queso was fresh, delectable, and utterly addictive.

The standout feature of Lulu's, however, is their commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. The fact that a manager handles orders for guests with allergies or gluten intolerance underlines their meticulous approach to food preparation. I sat at the bar. The bartender saw I had the gluten free menu and said the manager would have to take my order due to their protocols. I had a cheeseburger with an excellent GF bun. It was nice to feel very confident that they took my Celiac seriously.

The service was amazing tonight. Our waitress immediately noticed the allergy menu on our table and asked if there was an allergy at the table. She asked who it was and made note. Once we ordered the manager came over and double checked and then personally brought that dish out. We ordered the kids grilled chicken tenders with green beans.

I asked for the allergy menu and it was quite extensive. A manager came and took my order personally and brought my food out separately herself. Grateful for a lot of options and not having to explain extensive modifications! I’m sensitive to oils too so they prepared my fish and vegetables in pure olive oil with no issues.

Very Allergy friendly!! I have celiac and I am dairy intolerant. They had many separate menus, including a gluten free one and a dairy free one. My food was great and they had the manager take my order and made sure there was no cross contamination. It was one of very few times I was able to feel safe eating at a restaurant I had never been to. I highly recommend it!

It’s safe. And overpriced for what you get (in my opinion). It was $70 for a beer (husband), appetizer and 2 entrees. The food was good but eh at the same time. They have a huge allergy menu for everyone with a good allergy from egg free to fish free.

I’m not celiac, but I do have a gluten sensitivity and I avoid it at all costs. Lulu’s was such a refreshing experience for someone with allergies! When I asked for an allergy menu, they sent out a specific person to take my order. My order was prepared separately-they let me know about the gluten free changes such as chips in the nachos (they were amazing by the way). A specific team of people worked on my meal. It was so good and I felt incredibly safe in the hands of the Lulu’s staff. Also, their gluten free bun is the best I’ve had to date and I could’ve just had a basket of toasted buns and been happy! 100% recommend.

I have celiac and I highly highly recommend this place. They have a manager that takes your order and brings your food to you. Your meal is fixed in a designated area and they are very very cautious with cross contamination. They have a menu for every allergy you can think of. The food is really good!!! I will definitely be back.

We have enjoyed LuLu’s several times. I’m always impressed with the server’s knowledge of the menu and the care that is taken to produce a non- contaminated meal. We love the atmosphere also!!

This is a must-go if you’re in the area. There are two pages of GF offerings. A manager comes out to your table and personally handles your order if you have allergies. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich which was outstanding! When you’re GF, you don’t get too many opportunities to have a luscious sandwich. This one had incredible flavor, and was juicy and delicious!! It was heaven!
