Very Allergy friendly!! I have celiac and I am dairy intolerant. They had many separate menus, including a gluten free one and a dairy free one. My food was great and they had the manager take my order and made sure there was no cross contamination. It was one of very few times I was able to feel safe eating at a restaurant I had never been to. I highly recommend it!

It’s safe. And overpriced for what you get (in my opinion). It was $70 for a beer (husband), appetizer and 2 entrees. The food was good but eh at the same time. They have a huge allergy menu for everyone with a good allergy from egg free to fish free.

I’m not celiac, but I do have a gluten sensitivity and I avoid it at all costs. Lulu’s was such a refreshing experience for someone with allergies! When I asked for an allergy menu, they sent out a specific person to take my order. My order was prepared separately-they let me know about the gluten free changes such as chips in the nachos (they were amazing by the way). A specific team of people worked on my meal. It was so good and I felt incredibly safe in the hands of the Lulu’s staff. Also, their gluten free bun is the best I’ve had to date and I could’ve just had a basket of toasted buns and been happy! 100% recommend.

This is a must-go if you’re in the area. There are two pages of GF offerings. A manager comes out to your table and personally handles your order if you have allergies. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich which was outstanding! When you’re GF, you don’t get too many opportunities to have a luscious sandwich. This one had incredible flavor, and was juicy and delicious!! It was heaven!

Ordered the GF shrimp tacos and found a breaded shrimp on one of the GF taco. When I told the server, he told me that I did not find one and it was just seasoning. He proceeded to tell me that it would look like the breading on the chicken strips to which I told him it did. It didn't take long for me to confirm I was right bc I immediately had to rush to the bathroom with severe diarrhea and stomach pains. I am so upset.

Had a great experience tonight at Lulu’s! As other reviews noted, a manager came out to take my gluten free order. Top notch service as everyone was happy and accommodating. My daughter ordered the grilled fish kid’s meal with seasonal fruit, which she enjoyed. I ordered the crab meat nachos, which were delectable! My son’s cheeseburger was great along with my husband’s blackened fish tacos. (However once he tried my nachos, he said he liked them even more than his). We all had a great time.

Absolutely phenomenal day 1 experience on our vacation. I got the key west bowl with blacked chicken and the wow sauce. There is a separate menu that has two pages dedicated to gluten free options. Per other reviewers, a duty manager takes your order if you have an allergy, and presumably guides it through the kitchen during prep. The restaurant is huge and very busy, with lots of families eating there. If your main concern is avoiding gluten, this restaurant is a safe bet. If you also want to have a good meal, I’d suggest another restaurant. Both my GF meal and my spouse’s were horrible. I ordered the fresh snapper, broiled. It was amazing that they took a beautiful piece of fresh fish and *dredged* it in heavy, salty seasoning before cooking. My spouse had the fried version (default, because they forgot to ask him which way he wanted it), and he described it as shoe leather. This has been our first failure from the FMGF app. Usually we find wonderful restaurants via the app.

Probably one of the best gluten free experiences I’ve had. Their GF menu has a ton of options and the manager came out to take the allergy orders separately. The food was great and they said they cook allergen-free foods in a separate kitchen. Make sure to add yourself to the waitlist on their website beforehand because during spring break the wait can easily be 3+ hours.

We tried Lulu's for the first time on our vacation to Orange Beach on 2/11/22. We loved it so much we went the next day, as well! My daughter is a Celiac. I read reviews before we went and felt confident that the restaurant would be safe. The GF options were plentiful, the was delicious and service, both days, was WONDERFUL! Both days a manager came over to discuss the nature of our "allergy", took the order on red cards for the kitchen and then ultimately delivered the meal, as well. The food was incredible and the service was top notch plus no negative reactions!

I cannot say enough great things about Lulu's! The allergy menu is easy to navigate and offered gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, fish-free, and shellfish-free. My gluten free meal was delivered to the table separately from my boyfriend's normal meal. Delicious food and exceptional service!

They were extremely knowledgeable of Celiac Disease. They had a great selection of food on the Gluten Free menu! The manager came and ask me if I had any questions and he double checked my order, I felt like royalty or something…they were awesome and I have never encountered any restaurant staff so caring!

Great GF options dedicated knowledgeable and many options. Great for a sit down meal. There is NO carry out option which stinks but great place

Excellent service! My son is 2 with celiac and we are just learning the ins and outs of it all. The manager came over and took our order on a special RED paper and our food was cooked in a desperate place than the gluten food. They cater to other allergies as well. Josh our server was very accommodating and knowledgeable as well as the manager.
