Baked goods, salads, sandwiches without bread are good. I go there for snacks but not meals. Friendly place. I have never gotten sick and I am very sensitive.

Didn't end up eating there. It says right on the menu next to their bakery items "may contain traces". Not willing to risk it.

GF muffins have to be pre-ordered so I wasn't able to taste them. But they did have a few other option (peanut butter balls and quiche) I tried the lemon bar and the black bean brownie...pretty good. I did love the latte!! My kids loved the non-GF cookie dough balls.
