Excellent casual restaurant. Separate Allergy Menu in Gluten. Separate trained person takes all allergy orders. Writes order on designated ticket. Told me went to 8 week course about allergies. Said stays w order until completed & brought to me. Said firm hired a specialized firm that came up with their processes & protocols. Seemed very thorough.
