This restaurant is really great, but unfortunately the gf pizza is not celiac friendly. They cook all of their pizzas in the same oven on the same surface. They do have some really great salads that can be made gf.

The gluten free crust here is really excellent. Some of the best we’ve had. It’s thicker than most others and actually rises without just tasting doughy/gummy. Definitely recommend this place!

I can’t speak to whether it is celiac safe though as my wife only has a wheat allergy.

Pet peeve- oh, we didn't make gluten free dough today!

Although the pizza crust is gf, the oven is not. They brush out the pizza oven and then place the gf crust directly on the oven surface. The chance for cross contamination is extremely high.

Celiac friendly?

No

Pizza was amazing. Menu is clearly labeled with what is available gf. Sushi is wonderful. They know which rolls (I get the crane's creek roll) are gf and give you gf soy sauce.

This is a great restaurant for anyone without Celiac. My rating only reflects their level of safety. They try very hard. But, they have no way to keep anything separate and the regular flour gets in the air. I couldn't trust it. My hubby liked the pizza though :)

Great GF and Non GF Pizza!

Went in to order a gf pizza to go. Very friendly. Told them I was concerned about cross-contamination. They said they would clean an area for my pizza. Don't know if they did but I did watch them handle my pizza. Kept it in the same spot in the oven. Changed gloves. Used a clean peel. I didn't get sick. It was nice to have a pizza that wasn't an Udi's crust.

The people were soooo nice but I couldn't eat here because they cook the pizzas all in the same surface so the cross contamination would happen for sure. Too bad pizza looked great and staff was really nice.

Delicious gluten free, wood fired pizzas. Great atmosphere and staff. The best pizza this side of Brooklyn!

Awesome GF pizza crust from Cloverstone bakery (out of Ketchum)! My favorite GF pizza in Idaho!! Great patio seating. Sushi is also very good.

$$$ expensive pizza even for gluten free, but... It did taste good.
