they do not call out Gluten Free...but plenty of options.... Salads, Chicken, burgers with out buns and steaks.
You simply need to communicate clearly your choices and needs
Flew in to DFW from Atlanta and drove out to meet about 1/2 way for lunch with life long friend from Gilmer
Kelley was our server and did a solid job , "east Texas friendly"
