Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great fresh food. I had the vegan bowl and the flavors were amazing. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries and hummus only.

No separate menu, but the cashier was familiar with GF and knew which of their menu options I could and couldn't have. I had the chicken kabobs selection (with pita wrapped separately to go, to take home to my husband) and did not get sick.

The staff is very helpful. Lots of gluten free options and healthy food. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, only for falafel and French fries. Fun drinks like pomegranate limeade and mango lemonade.

NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. Cross contamination is everywhere. Staff are not knowledge.

First time was fine and the food was very good. Next few times I went, they put pita put on my plate even when I say I will get sick. Look elsewhere.

Personally I like the food here and the allergen list is very helpful and notates WHEAT (not gluten) cross contamination is possible though.

The gluten free options suggested are not completely gluten free. Taking off the plate the pita bread doesn't make the plate suitable for celiac people. Sauces and spices used on salad and meat contain gluten. Be very careful, and if you are celiac, choose another restaurant.

It was ok Mediterranean food, I've had better rice & chicken skewers elsewhere. It's a clean nice spot to grab food in central SD.

Got the chicken, lamb, and beef kabobs. All delicious! They do not have a separate GF menu but the girl behind the counter was very knowledgeable and even pulled out a binder and reviewed all the GF options with me.

The food was fine but not memorable. My lower rating is because when I inquired about an item being gluten free the cashier replied that "oh yes, their xxxx is GF. It has no fat at all." Ummm.

no specific gluten free menu but the person behind the counter at least knew what i was talking about, found the binder that noted the menu items with gluten and gave me that information. he was very helpful. so things like you'd imagine...baklava, pita, gyros meat, cupcakes, etc... it would be nice if they published this on their menu or website.
