Went here for lunch, the staff was very knowledgeable and told us that everyone actually has to get a special allergy certification to work there. They brought out gf chips and salsa (the chips they originally brought out were gf but were in a shared fryer so they brought of celiac safe ones). I got a quesadilla (can never find these GF) and it was delicious and the corn tortilla looked/tasted homemade. The menu is marked with what is GF and there are many options. There are also other allergens marked- they are very good about allergies/dietary restriction. Would def go back again!
