I'm excited to try this place. I reached out to them for info on GF options and received this reply. Lunch Box: "Hi! We have gluten free buns from mama mel’s and gluten free sliced bread for our melts and hoagies. We are currently down one fryer so our fries are mixed with the fried chicken and chicken parm (gluten). We use rice bran oil in our fryers. We hope to have our other fryer up in the next week or so and will then have a dedicated gf fryer for our fries and gf items. Thanks so much for reaching out, Derek
