They use a separate counter or separate cutting board for gluten free prep. You can watch them make your food right from your table which is kind of nice. We didn't realize how bug the gluten free sandwiches were so we also ordered a chicken bacon ranch spud. We didn't finish it, we barely started it. It was a great experience. We will definitely go back when we're in Michigan again.

Best bread I have had since diagnosis. Soft, tall and didn’t break apart at all. Lots of meat on the club. Separate area for prep, change of gloves. No issues.

ETA: the business was sold to new owners a couple years ago and I’ve not been since the changeover. I don’t know if the new owners are as vigilant as Heather & crew were.

Original review: The Lunch Pail is always incredibly careful with our order - they go above and beyond to make sure cross-contamination is not an issue. They do gluten free sandwiches and lunches that are made-to-order and very tasty. We also order our Boar's Head lunch meat and cheeses here. It's incredibly convenient and the staff are all fantastic.

Love the sandwiches on gluten free bread, salads, and spuds.

Great sandwich on a gf roll. I had them heat it in the microwave because they said it would get glutened if they toasted. It was tasty!
